Results Of The Special Meetings Of Limited Partners
On May 4, 2023, the vote to approve the resolutions as proposed in the Information Circular dated March 27, 2023 for each of the Limited Partnerships was passed by its limited partners, with the exception of Solar Flow-Through 2013-I Limited Partnership and Solar Flow-Through 2016-I Limited Partnership.
At an Adjourned Special Meeting on June 22, 2023, the vote to approve the resolutions for Solar Flow-Through 2013-I Limited Partnership was passed, and on July 10, 2023, the vote for Solar Flow-Through 2016-I Limited Partnership was also passed.
With the resolutions now approved for all nine Limited Partnerships, Management will begin with the next steps in amalgamating the limited partnerships into one corporation for a public listing. The listing is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of this year.
