RESULTS AND NOTICE OF ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETINGS OF LIMITED PARTNERS

On June 22, 2023, the vote to approve the resolutions as proposed in the information circular dated March 27, 2023 for Solar Flow-Through 2013-I Limited Partnership was passed by its limited partners.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the special meeting of the limited partners of Solar Flow-Through 2016-I Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) held on June 22, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. has been adjourned and will be reconvened at 1200 – 200 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, at 3:30 p.m. (Vancouver time) on July 10, 2023 (the “Meeting”).
